• The BOGO promotion can be purchased on our online store or in-person at the clinic, please provide the name and details of the referred new patient at the time of purchase.

Return Policy:
If a treatment package is returned, any used treatments will be charged at their full regular price, and the savings will be deducted from the refund amount. Additionally, all refunds will be assessed a 3% processing fee.
