Our clinic thrives because of the trust and support of our patients. While we cannot provide monetary compensation for referrals, we want to say thank you in meaningful ways that celebrate our healing community.

How It Works: When you refer a new patient to our clinic: 

* You receive a small wellness appreciation gift (e.g., herbal tea sample, seasonal samples from our vendors, FCIM branded swag etc.) 

* Your name is entered into our seasonal raffle for wellness care kits or event invitations. 

* You are recognized as part of our “Wellness Circle” — a community of patients who help spread natural healing. 

Program Guidelines: 

• No cash or service discounts are offered

• Gifts are of nominal value in accordance with applicable healthcare regulations

• Rewards are not based on whether the referral results in treatment, outcomes, or continued care

• Program eligibility may be limited based on certain insurance or healthcare coverage types
