FCIM CURRENT OFFICE POLICY

COVID-19 UPDATE:

To ensure the health and safety of our patients, and staff, our clinic will continue to follow infection control recommendations made by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).

For the safety of us all, we have instituted a new protocol to greet you when you arrive. 

1. You will be required to wear a face mask the entire time you are inside our facility.

2. You will be given a written questionnaire related to COVID-19.

We recommend that you bring your own hand sanitizer and face mask.  You should also provide your own pen.
