On this Acupuncture & Herbal Medicine Day: October 24th, 2022, we are inviting you to celebrate the day with us by bringing a buddy with you, on us!

Please see the event details below:

1. Referring patients must be at the appointment with the New Patient and check in with front desk to confirm that they're our existing patients. (Referring patients can leave after checking in with front desk)

2. Only one free New Patient per existing patient.

3. We strongly recommend making an appointment beforehand otherwise the wait time can be long.

4. Paid patients are prioritized unless appointments were made beforehand.

5. Please fill out paperwork online beforehand to avoid any delays to your appointment.

6. New patients can make appointments between 10am to 3pm and each appointment slot is one hour.

7. Please bring valid ID and facial covering.

8. Herbal Medicine is not included.

9. This event is for FCIM Intern Clinic only and does not include Everlasting physician services.
